In this workshop, we will explore mindfulness in a playful, interactive, practical, engaging and enjoyable way. The course will be built on strong scientific foundations and within caring and inspiring group.

The aim of the workshop is to explore diverse aspects of mindfulness - from different meditation practices to incorporating mindfulness in everyday life through habits such as mindful eating, movement and work, and to develop a personal practice that is meaningful for you and provides the biggest value in making your everyday life more present and enjoyable.
This workshop is based on trainers experience with MBSR - Mindfulness-based stress reduction 8-week long scientific course on mindfulness course, experience of Vipassana - 10 days silent meditation famous worldwide, mindful eating courses and many more mindfulness experiences, knowledge, exercises and practices.
